When two out-of-work musical theatre performers found themselves with ever-expanding sourdough starter during the Coronavirus pandemic, they knew they could turn that sticky situation into something beautiful and tasty. Thus began Big Sky Bagels and their quest to share carbs and happiness with Montana.
